Our Art Show is a show case of children’s art – making their learning, thinking and creativity visible. Children explore a range of art techniques and materials including transient art, sculpture and photography which is then displayed and shared with families and the wider community. The aim of the Art Show is to promote the voice of the child and capture the learning and creativity of children as valued members of the community. Art embodies all aspects of the National Quality Framework, and gives children an opportunity to view themselves as clever and capable learners. Art values all learning styles and allows children to explore their culture, identity and connect with nature in a holistic and meaningful way.
